1. To establish and operate educational institutions in all levels that promote academic excellence, inculcate moral and Christian values, and train students to be responsible and productive citizens of the Philippines;
2. To offer scholarships supporting the education of deserving but financially handicapped students and teachers, as well as donate financial, material and moral assistance to them;
3. To make appropriate referrals and recommendations in favor of deserving students and teachers for scholarships, exchange programs, training seminars, and other activities conducted and/or made available by both local and foreign sources.
4. To establish cultural centers, libraries and other edifices and to host and organize symposia, contests, exhibits, lectures, seminars, workshops, and other activites which will uplift the standards of education;
5. To establish linkages with other organizations, foreign or local, for exchange of information, skills, technology, and educational materials;
6. To do and perform humanitarian and charitable services such as extending aid to victims of earthquakes, floods and other fortuitous calamities and disasters;
7. To disseminate information relevant to education in visual, written, spoken and mass media;
8. To solicit and receive financial and material assistance and donations from individuals, as well as private and government foundation and organizations, both local and foreign, in order to achieve the foregoing purposes;
9. To cooperate with the national and local governments in programs for social development and economic sufficiency.
