The Lighthouse Center for Human resource is a ministry especially designed for brethren who are employees or entrepreneurs / business people, with the objective of helping the brethren get good jobs and get promoted by networking, referrals and equipping them with the necessary knowledge, attitudes, and skills to be excellent in their work.
Seminars and training programs, focusing on skills enhancement, are organized and conducted by the members of the LCHR ministry for at least twice a year. Just recently, the seminars have also been extended to the young people, particularly to 1) those who are in their last year in high school with the intent of helping them in their decision-making for the right college course; and 2) incoming working people, i.e. college graduates, with the seminars focusing on equipping them for job exams and interviews.
